Data Center Technicians

Job Summary
► Perform 24x7 shifts for data centers. Handle incidents and ensure safety requirements are met. Monitor environmental, power, and server hardware. Handle cabling tasks for copper and fiber. Control access into the data centers, ensure work permits are issued, and material gate passes. Install equipment in racks, manage capacity planning, and document changes.
► Physical Set-up of all devices. Responsible for racking all servers and devices throughout the Data Center, including running all cable, power and KVM, and removing all the above when a server is decommissioned.
► Willing to work a flexible shift including nights and weekends, and participate in an on call rotation.

Required Education / Qualification

Process and Technology Specialist

General skills:
► Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information System or related fields of study. Master degree in Business Process Management (BPM), Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management or Information Systems is preferred.
► 4-6 years hands-on experience in requirements gathering and documentation tools and techniques. CAPM certification is a plus.

Process modeling:
► Documentation of user processes and requirements using a diagramming toolset such as Visio or ARIS (preferred).
► Working closely with SAP SME to align processes and system.
► Modeling of business process in Visio or ARIS (preferred).
► Accountable for process modeling deliverables

Security Analyst

Job Summary
Technical / Operational
► Assists in development of IT Security related Standards, Processes and Procedures
► Performs periodic IT Security audits as defined by the IT Security Policy
► Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing data security polices and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future expansion

Duties and Responsibilities:
